We created Practice as a place of belonging. Where each person who walks through our doors is given the opportunity to both authentically relate to others, and find a way back to their most essential self. Outside, the world can feel rushed, full of screens, and largely disconnected, but our intention is that, in time, Practice serves as an oasis of deep human connection. 

As we build the community that will animate these walls, we invite those looking to do The Work to join us. This may mean exploring our extensive schedule of Yogic teachings, dipping into our Dance offerings, experiencing Communications practices you've never tried before, or becoming a daily part of the community by co-working right alongside us.
