Alexandra grew up in the arts, and in a home of Alexander Technique teachers. She often visited her parents at their small school, teaching students to become practitioners, an environment that feels familiar to her new home of Practice.

Alexandra’s greatest joy in participating in the creation of Practice, is the hope that she can offer a beautiful space for teachers to come and share their gifts, and for new friends to find a community they feel safe and inspired to learn and grow in.

When she’s not at Practice, she’s working with kn literary arts as a marketing manager and platform coach to aspiring authors, where she gets to help writers and speakers share their message with the world.

You can find her in the corner of her room thinking and writing, or out in the forest, spending time with trees.
