The emphasis in Kundalini technology is an activating and clearing force, that allows vitality and life force to flow more freely through the channels in our body. It brings balance and healing to the body, mind and soul.

Kundalini is the shakti energy, also known as the feminine energy, encouraging us to connect to the earth.

align & flow

align & flow

Align & Flow classes begin by centering and tuning into the breath. Each class includes a focus on optimal alignment to facilitate an experience of greater stability, freedom, and ease in each pose. Maximum energy flow and safe physiology are prioritized.  These classes include a mix of standing and seated postures, movement with breath, and sequences that build strength, flexibility, and knowledge to work towards more advanced poses.

This class is suitable for students new to yoga as well as experienced students interested in a lower intensity flow.

Hatha

hatha yoga

Hatha yoga uses postures, meditation and breathing techniques to create a peaceful practice that challenges all students safely. The postures strengthen and stretch the body, promoting balance and flexibility.

This practice is slower, giving time for an alignment based focus.

Great for all levels, including those with specific injuries or physical challenges.

Kiddos will be introduced to meditation, and other mindfulness practices to help them explore their emotions, communication, and their connections with their bodies. Each class will not only be filled with music and fun, but will also be rooted in themes such as self-love, kindness, and empathy.

vinyasa

vinyasa yoga

Vinyasa is a method of yoga in which movements form a flowing sequence in coordination with the breath.  These classes are dynamic and challenging due to the continuous flow of movement.  Vinyasa is a strong practice that builds heat, endurance, flexibility, strength and mental focus.

Teachers may heat the room and play music to raise the vibration and intensity.

This class is best for students with some familiarity of the foundational poses.

yin yoga

This type of meditative practice complements the more muscularly strenuous styles of yoga and is open to students of all levels.
