Including children in community can be a meaningful and educational experience for both children and adults. Children naturally embody the philosophy of Practice. They are resilient, tough, adaptable, and ready to learn. We offer classes and workshops for children, in hopes that families can bond through fun and mindfulness, while also meeting new friends.

Conscious Kids Yoga Classes

9:15 AM EVERY SATURDAY & SUNDAY MORNING

Our Conscious Kids Yoga classes are offered every weekend, the same time as adult vinyasa (for parents who want to enjoy yoga too)! Through music, games, and activities, children will learn to use breath, body and mind to help manage emotions, cultivate a positive relationship to their bodies, and connect with the world around them.


Conscious Kids Yoga Series

10 WEEK LONG SERIES BEGINS March 3 and ends MAY 5

Conscious kids SERIES: elementary Age 5-10

Tuesday from 4:30PM - 5:30PM

This class will dive into the tools of yoga in an engaging, and unique way. Through the use of music, games, and activities, in this class we’ll explore different ways to use our breath, body and mind to help us manage our emotions, cultivate a positive relationship to our bodies, and connect with the world around us. This class will teach the basics of yoga, mediation, and mindfulness in a fun and supportive environment!

conscious kids SERIES: PRE-K

AGE 3-5

Tuesday from 3:30PM - 4:15PM

Preschoolers will explore the tools of yoga through fun and engaging games, stories and poses. Kiddos will be introduced to meditation, and other mindfulness practices to help them explore their emotions, communication, and their connections with their bodies. Each class will not only be filled with music and fun, but will also be rooted in themes such as self-love, kindness, and empathy.

CONSCIOUS KIDS SERIES:

TODDLER & ME

Tuesdays from 10:30AM - 11:15AM

In this class we will use music, games, stories and partner poses to cultivate a strong foundation for connecting with our bodies, minds and each other. This class will not only be a super fun way for toddlers and parents to connect, but will also open a dialogue for parents on how to implement the tools of yoga and mindfulness at home!


Meet Our Yoga Instructors

DANIKA MORROW

Danika brings her curious, playful and gentle spirit into all of her classes, both with children and adults. With a background in early childhood education, therapeutic childcare, and performing arts, Danika creates a fun and welcoming space for kids to explore, express and connect.

CANDACE TIZON MARTINEZ

Candace has been working with children since 2001. Her specialty is bringing social-emotional learning to every crevice of a yoga class especially as stress and anxiety in children has risen rapidly. Children in Candace’s classes will learn breathing techniques and tap into their natural yogi sides with storytelling, songs, dance, mindfulness, and meditation.
